From November 15 to 17,VisionChina 2022 China Machine Vision Exhibition was held in Shenzhen.Haikang Robot,together with industrial camera,3D camera,intelligent camera&vision controller,intelligent code reader,acquisition card,VM algorithm development platform,AI training platform and other machine vision software and hardware products,made a major debut in VisionChina 2022.During the exhibition,professional technicians gave a clear and thorough explanation to the Haikang Robot booth.

1.3D products
The 3D products presented this time include 3D laser contour sensor,laser galvanometer stereo camera and 3D visual robot guidance platform.

The 3D laser profile sensor supports high-speed point cloud data output,with a maximum rate of 10kHz.It also supports the output of depth map and brightness map for the customer’s secondary development.It can also use the Haikang robot 3D measurement software to achieve high-precision 3D measurement.The exhibition site showed the scene of 3D contour sensor weld defect detection and precision dimension measurement.
The laser galvanometer stereoscopic camera has the characteristics of high precision and high anti-reflection.It has a good point cloud performance effect for the links stacked in the material frame with high reflection,and can present clear,accurate and complete 3D point cloud data.The exhibition site showed the process of loading and unloading the workpiece of the galvanometer camera with visual guidance platform.
2.Smart ID products
The smart products on display this time include SC series vision sensor,SC7000 series smart camera,VC2000 series vision controller,ID5000 series super-resolution large-view code reader,ID3000 series high-speed code reader,ID2000 series high-speed large-depth code reader,IDH series industrial wireless handheld code reader and VM algorithm development platform.

Among them,VC2000 series vision controller is a new vision controller product of Haikang Robot,which is equipped with high-performance processors and rich data acquisition and control interfaces;The whole machine is compact in structure and excellent in performance,providing a complete solution for simple vision applications of multiple cameras.

The IDH series wireless handheld code reader is equipped with a high-performance processor,which is optimized for industrial code reading scenarios.It can easily deal with through-hole codes,block-hole codes,yin and yang codes,minimal codes(1.5mm*1.5mm)and DPM codes in industrial scenarios.It adopts an efficient and stable Bluetooth transmission scheme,and the transmission speed of the reading result reaches millisecond level,and the transmission distance can reach 100 meters.
The VM algorithm development platform is the machine vision software independently developed by Haikang Robot,which aims to provide customers with fast vision application and solve vision detection problems.With its continuous iterative upgrading,VM4.2 is more open,safer and more excellent,helping to improve end-user productivity and reduce project costs.The exhibition site demonstrated the VM4.2 six-camera efficient detection,in-depth learning defect detection,and SDK secondary development functions.
3.Standard products
The standard products on display this time include 604 megapixel ultra-high resolution area array camera,65 megapixel 10-megapixel network area array camera,21 megapixel CXP-12 ultra-high speed area array camera,8K Camera Link high-speed linear array camera,8K PRO time-sharing stroboscopic linear array camera,CS series second-generation industrial camera,temperature-measuring long-wave infrared camera,and multi-camera split board-level camera.
Among them,the 8K PRO time-sharing stroboscopic linear array camera is a newly upgraded product,designed for shooting scenes that need to be synchronized with multiple groups of lighting scenes to capture multiple types of defects,which can effectively reduce the camera station and reduce the overall visual program cost,and is applicable to defect detection applications in glass panels,photovoltaic,lithium and other industries.
