EMERSON PR6423/002-041 Non-contact eddy current sensor
Application Background: The PR 6423 is a non-contact eddy current sensor with a robust construction designed for extremely critical turbine machinery applications such as steam, gas, compressor and hydraulic turbine machinery, blowers and fans.
Measurement parameters: Usually used to measure machine shaft vibration, eccentricity, thrust (axial displacement), differential expansion, valve position and air clearance.
Static and dynamic axial displacements can be measured without contact, including axial and radial displacement (position), shaft eccentricity, and shaft vibration.
Technical standards: comply with international standards DIN 45670, ISO 10817-1 and API 670.
Structure and design: PR6423/002-041 industrial design, the product shell has sufficient mechanical strength and stiffness, suitable for industrial cabinet installation.
Safety: Rated for explosive areas, Eex ib IIC T6/T4.
