High voltage control system

principle

The working principle of the high-voltage control system is that the upper computer calculates the control voltage required by the electrostatic drive according to the corresponding formula, and transmits it to the digital signal processor through USB to control the output of the D/A conversion chip. The output voltage after the D/A conversion is applied to the micro-sensor electrode through high-voltage amplification

function

The high-voltage control system mainly realizes the following functions:

1. Communication function: realize data transfer between the micromechanical sensor and the host computer program through USB module.

2. Control function: digital signal processing module is used to control the converter to output the voltage required for electrostatic drive according to the transmission data.

3. Amplification function: synchronously amplify the voltage to meet the requirements of electrostatic drive.
