Interference introduced by the power system

The interference of power grid and the fluctuation of frequency will directly affect the reliability and stability of PLC system. How to suppress the interference of the power system is the main link of the anti-interference performance of PLC.

(1) Add filter, isolation, shielding, switching voltage regulation power supply system.

The role of the filter is to inhibit the transmission of interference signals from the power line to the system, the use of isolation transformers, note: the shielding layer should be well grounded; The secondary ji connection wire should use double winding (to reduce interference between wires), and the primary ji winding and secondary ji winding of the isolation transformer should be separately shielded, and the shielding layer of the primary ji is connected to the neutral line of the AC power grid; The shielding layer of the second ji and the shielding layer between the first ji are connected to the DC end.

In order to suppress the fluctuation of power grid voltage caused by the start and stop of large-capacity equipment (such as feed water pump, etc.) and maintain the voltage regulation of the supply voltage, the initial voltage regulation power supply can be used.

(2) Separate the power supply system

The PLC controller and I/O system are powered by their own isolation transformers, and are separated from the main power supply, so that when the input and output power supply is cut off, it will not affect the power supply of the controller.

Suppress the interference introduced by the grounding system

PLC system is divided into logic circuit grounding and power circuit grounding, there are three ways of common ground, floating ground and chassis common ground and circuit floating. It is better to use the controller and other equipment to ground separately. When grounding, pay attention to: the grounding wire is as thick as possible, and the wire of yi is generally larger than 2mm2. The ground point should be as close to the controller as possible. The distance between the ground point and the controller should not be greater than 50m. The grounding wire should avoid the wires of the strong current circuit and the main circuit as far as possible. If it cannot be avoided, it should intersect vertically and shorten the length of the parallel wires as far as possible.

Practice has proved that grounding is often an important means to suppress noise and prevent interference. A good grounding method can largely suppress the coupling of internal noise, prevent the intrusion of external interference, and improve the anti-interference ability of gao system.
