Low voltage double inverter speed control short time switching mode
This control mode is relatively special. The main wiring mode of frequency converter speed control as shown in Figure 2 is mainly applied to the circulating pump of the suspended bed reactor in the hydrogenation stabilization unit of oil refining enterprises and the direct coal liquefaction unit. The process conditions are relatively harsh, requiring the power supply system in operation to lose voltage or the frequency converter to fail. Switching from fault all the way to the inverter speed control in the hot standby state, the switching time is required to be controlled within 5 seconds, and the unit must be kept running continuously at the original speed. The main equipment of DSDX452 system structure configuration is Siemens G130 double inverter, double redundant S7-300 PLC and communication module. The voltage level of the domestic standard medium voltage system is 6(10) kV, and the voltage level of the inverter in this control scheme is 0.6 kV. Two 6(10) / 0.6 kV transformers need to be selected, and the system structure is complicated and the cost is high.
The normal operation mode of the control system is 0.6kV two-section busbar operation in sections, DSDX452 busbar circuit breaker 52B is equipped with self-casting hot standby, circuit breakers 52B1, 52B2, circuit breakers CB-1, isolation switch G1, circuit breaker CB-2, isolation switch G2 are closed.
