The problems of PLC interference should be paid attention to when the inverter is running

When the inverter runs, it will produce strong electromagnetic interference to the surrounding electrical equipment (including PCB), and the switching device such as the circuit breaker of the main circuit of the inverter will also affect the normal operation of the PLC. In order to prevent interference with PLC when the inverter is running, the following points should be noted when the inverter is connected with the PCB:

(1) The PLC itself should be grounded according to the specified wiring standards and grounding conditions, and care should be taken to avoid using a common grounding wire with the frequency converter, and the two should be separated as far as possible when grounded.

(2) When the power supply voltage fluctuations, harmonic components, in order to suppress harmonic interference, should be in the PLC power module and input/output module power line access noise filter or isolation transformer. If the interference is still serious, measures such as reactors, transformers and noise filters should be considered in the main circuit of the inverter.

(3) When the frequency converter and the PCB are installed in the same electric control cabinet, the cables related to the frequency converter and the cables related to the PLC should be installed separately as far as possible, especially the strong current cable connecting the frequency converter and the weak current cable connecting the PLC should be installed separately.

The connection problem between frequency converter and PCC involves digital signal connection, analog signal connection and problems that should be paid attention to to avoid interference; In practical application, the connection between the two also involves the problem of controlling the strong current with the weak current signal. Therefore, attention should be paid to avoid interference caused by the wrong operation of the inverter and PLC; Avoid damage to PLC or inverter caused by improper connection.
