On November 28,2022,Shenzhen Metro Line 12 was officially opened and put into operation with the expectation of citizens!With a total length of 40.54 kilometers,it is the first subway line operated in PPP mode in Shenzhen.It has created a variety of intelligent application scenarios,such as automatic driving,”face brushing”through the gate,AI customer service,remote video intercom,etc.,which has greatly improved the convenience and comfort of citizens’travel.
In this Line 12 project,North China Industrial Control provided an embedded computer motherboard that meets the requirements of the industrial broadcast control of the subway PIS system.It uses ARM architecture processors for high-performance design,and rich I/O function interface development to achieve strong multimedia capabilities and fine power consumption management,and helps the broadcast controller to broadcast safely and stably.
Line 12 PIS system playback control items:
PIS system is a system that takes computer system as the core,relies on multimedia network technology,and provides information services for passengers through display/broadcast terminals set in station halls,platforms,entrances and exits,and trains.It is a window for subway operation information transmission.
Project requirements:Due to the particularity of the subway environment,and the construction of the smart urban rail system of Line 12,the PIS system’s playback control application has higher requirements in terms of time coordination,multi-player linkage control,etc.Therefore,the computer software and hardware of the playback controller must be specially designed to make it meet the requirements of the subway working environment and technical functions.Based on customer demand,North China Industrial Control provided an embedded ARM development motherboard solution.
