The movement speed of FTS flexible conveying system can reach 5 m/s,and the repeated positioning accuracy can reach±5μm。Support 1-1500kg load trolley,and can control each trolley independently through programming.The application can freely configure the track layout,save space and cost,and seamlessly connect with the traditional conveyor line.It can work in various environments with high temperature and high vacuum,and can be used in semiconductor level dust-free workshop.
