The intelligent hydrogen production system of Shuangliang Lvdian is divided into four core parts:”high-performance electrolytic cell,gas-liquid separation device,purification device and high-efficiency IGBT power supply”.It has significant advantages of large preparation capacity,intelligence,safety and reliability.The maximum preparation capacity of the electrolytic cell designed with high current density can reach 1000 Nm3/h.After separating the alkali liquor and gas through the gas-liquid separation device,the purity of purified hydrogen can reach more than 99.9999%,truly realizing pollution-free Zero emission and low cost.It can be widely used in coal chemical and petrochemical industry,steel and metallurgy,synthetic ammonia and other industrial and civil fields to reduce carbon emissions and help energy terminals achieve the”double carbon”goal.
