TRICONEX 4500 control system

The TRICONEX 4500 is a highly reliable and efficient control system that is widely used in petrochemical, refining, oil and gas, chemical, electric power, rail transit, aerospace, nuclear industry and other industries. It complies with IEC61508/61511 standard, adopts advanced TMR microprocessor hardware technology and mature and reliable TRISTATION 1131 software triple redundant fault tolerant control system.
The TRICONEX 4500 control system provides continuous protection of critical units in refining, petroleum, chemical and other industrial processes, such as reactors and compressor units, monitors trip signals such as pressure, product feed, expander pressure balance and temperature, and stops if necessary.
In terms of hardware specifications, the TRICONEX 4500 has an input and output voltage of 24VDC, an operating temperature of -40 ° C to +70 ° C, a storage temperature of -40 ° C to +85 ° C, and a suitable humidity of 95% Rhes@55 ° C (non-condensation). Its shell material is aluminum alloy, the protection grade is IP20, the size is 210mm x 90mm x 160mm, and the weight is 1.5kg.
The TRICONEX 4500 also integrates all popular FDT framework applications, such as on-site care of field partners from Endres + Hauser, HART and Yokogawa PROFIBUS PA, among others. It also has explosion-proof ratings, such as IECEx and ATEX certifications, making it suitable for deployment in explosive hazardous areas.
