TRICONEX 4328 controller

The TRICONEX 4328 is a controller with a variety of functions and applications. Here are the details and features of the TRICONEX 4328:
Multi-axis stepper motor control: The TRICONEX 4328 is designed as a new low-cost multi-axis stepper motor controller. It is fully integrated and includes A power supply, 1 – to 4-axis motion control card, and micro-stepper drivers for single-phase and two-phase steppers that require up to 7 A of current per phase.
The controller has the functions of setting acceleration, setting speed, setting position, absolute movement, relative movement, finding home, zero position counter, turning to zero position, stopping all motors and limit switches, etc.
The TRICONEX 4328 features external control, standalone and manual operation modes and features a 4-row LCD, 32-key keyboard, orthogonal encoder feedback for position verification, and analog devices such as joysticks and tracking balls.
Conveyor control: The TRICONEX 4328 is also used as a conveyor controller on Invensys production lines. It was introduced in the VersaFlex flat-top chain conveyor system, adding length and width features to support larger products or those requiring additional support through the conveyor belt.
The TRICONEX 4328’s VersaFlex system has a modular design for complex layouts and provides easy and fast configuration and commissioning.
Communication module: The TRICONEX 4328 communication module is produced in Shiyan, Hubei Province, with data communication purposes, its operating voltage is 24Vdc/120Vac, the output frequency is 50/60, and supports PLC system.
