Functional characteristics
Relay output function: The module has a number of relay output channels, which can convert the weak current control signal issued by the control system into a strong current signal, so as to realize the control of external high voltage and high current equipment, such as the drive motor, contactor, solenoid valve, etc., to play the role of signal amplification and electrical isolation.
Coil induction function: it can monitor the working state of the relay coil in real time, including whether the coil is energized, the size of the current, the strength of the magnetic field, etc., through the electromagnetic change of the induction coil, it is converted into an electrical signal that can be identified by the control system, and fed back to the control system, so that the system can accurately judge and monitor the working state of the relay.
Working principle
When the control system inputs a control signal to the relay coil of IS410TRLYS1B module, a magnetic field is generated in the coil. The magnetic field magnetises the iron core of the relay and attracts the armature, thus driving the contact to close or disconnect, realizing the on-off control of the external load circuit.
At the same time, the induction part of the coil uses the principle of electromagnetic induction, through the change of the magnetic field around the induction coil, the corresponding induction electromotive force is generated, and the working state signal of the coil is fed back to the control system after processing.
