1、AMR replaces labor to solve the recruitment problem of enterprises
In recent years,the demographic dividend in China is gradually disappearing,and the labor force population has dropped sharply.The most direct problem caused by this is that many domestic factories are facing recruitment problems,and the employment costs are increasing.

2、Multi-machine intelligent scheduling+3D identification to solve the implementation problems of integrators
For integrators to implement and deploy AMR,Schneider(Cambridge)factory has a common problem-that is,when they want to upgrade intelligently,they find that there is no AMR operation space reserved in the factory,resulting in extremely narrow AMR operation space,and it is more difficult when multiple machines are required to cooperate.Although it is the most common problem,it is also the biggest obstacle factor affecting the implementation effect.
Another problem that integrators need to consider is that the intelligent forklift needs to complete the stacking work in the Schneider(Cambridge)factory,so how can the intelligent forklift complete the intelligent stacking under the guidance of no one?Complete docking with other automation equipment?
Taken together,the above problems not only test the on-site deployment ability of the integrator,but also put forward higher requirements for the technology of Xiangong Intelligent and the ability to formulate solutions.
In order to realize the overall cooperation and smooth passage of the intelligent forklift and the roller truck during the operation process,Xiangong Intelligent reasonably designs the operation route based on the RDS unified resource scheduling system,sets the mutually exclusive zone,and carries out intelligent traffic control,so as to achieve the goal of flexible scheduling of multiple machines.
The 3D camera based on the AI vision algorithm application system RoboView is set in the stacking area for intelligent identification of stacking.The real-time 3D point cloud data is collected by the 3D vision system,which can classify,recognize,locate and segment the target object,and obtain high-precision,high-stability and multi-dimensional rich information.

At present,the project has been running smoothly for more than 6 months.Compared with traditional manual operation,the efficiency has been greatly improved.It is estimated that it can save hundreds of thousands of yuan of cost for Schneider(Cambridge)plant every year.
3、Open the whole process of packaging and form an integrated continuous flow
Specific packaging process:
The product is transported from the production packaging line to the product delivery area by roller car on the AMB chassis of Xiangong intelligent mobile robot;
Xiangong intelligent forklift SFL-CPD15-T stacks pallets and completes loading.
This solution has opened up the whole packaging process of Schneider(Cambridge),from offline packaging to finished product stacking and loading,forming a continuous flow and realizing lean management and production.
