The integration of horizontal and vertical communication is one of the core principles behind Industry 4.0.To achieve this,standardized communication interfaces are required.These interfaces can facilitate the interconnection of various components and transmit synchronous data streams.This workshop will provide solutions to integrate the field bus in process automation into industrial Ethernet,and realize the connection from Ethernet to industrial site.The field data can reach higher levels(such as DCS and MES)through the control layer,and then upload the field data to the industrial Internet of Things platform for processing through the standard Internet of Things interface,thus promoting the digital transformation of the process plant.
