On November 26,the”2022 World Internet of Things Expo”Wuxi Summit opened.Lu Bangtong’s”Elevator Internet of Things Solution Based on Integrated Intelligent Sensing Technology”was selected as the annual achievement of”Internet of Things New Technology,New Products and New Applications”,and was rated as the”Internet of Things Specialization,Specialization,New and Strong Chain Complement”project.
It is reported that the”collection of new technologies,new products and new applications of the Internet of Things”was initiated by the China Institute of Electronic Information Industry Development and the Office of the Organizing Committee of the World Internet of Things Expo,and has been carried out for six consecutive sessions.This year’s solicitation and selection focused on four major categories:”Internet of Things innovation infrastructure project,Internet of Things and digital economy integration development project,industrial Internet integration and innovation project,and Internet of Things specialized,special,new and strong chain supplement project”,and collected a number of annual Internet of Things achievements with advanced technology,outstanding demonstration effect and strong industrial driving force.A total of 1850 project results were collected,of which 246 projects entered the review process,and 60 shortlisted projects were finally selected.
The selected”Elevator Internet of Things Solution Based on Integrated Intelligent Sensing Technology”integrates a variety of advanced Internet of Things technologies to promote the efficient development of elevator intelligent supervision,emergency response,elevator maintenance and upgrading and other businesses.The scheme provides the elevator manufacturers with the Internet of Things+after-sales service system,the paperless maintenance system for the elevator maintenance enterprises,the intelligent supervision system for the government,the elevator inspection system for the property,and the credit rating system for the insurance companies to ensure the safety of elevator passengers.
The project is mainly applied to the elevator information construction of residential buildings,business parks,public facilities,etc.,and provides integrated solutions for the entire life cycle of elevator operation and maintenance for owners,property,maintenance,government,and elevator manufacturers,which can solve the difficulties of elevator supervision,non-standard maintenance,and high costs.During the epidemic,the project was also applied to a batch of elevators in 17 epidemic prevention and isolation hotels in a district of Guangzhou,and the pilot on-demand maintenance service based on Internet of Things remote monitoring was implemented,reducing the number of maintenance times,improving the efficiency of elevator maintenance,reducing the risk of cross-infection of maintenance personnel,and greatly reducing the failure rate of epidemic prevention hotels in the district.
