·Accessory Assistant

The accessory assistant supports the association of devices,cables or wires with related accessories.In this definition process,for example,a motor protection switch is associated with an installation form that subsequently makes the distribution of auxiliary contacts possible.

In order to associate devices with accessories,the installation form,installation location and related accessories must be defined in the product catalog.You can assign directions(possible values:north,south,west,east,and up)to each installation location that contains accessories.After defining accessories for devices in the product catalog,you can use the assistant to create devices,cables,or wires with accessories in the project.

Installation rail and distribution

The installation rail assignment assistant will consider the attachments defined for the component with the help of the attachment assistant for placement in the layout.EB installation rail distribution is applied to design the layout of components on the guide rail according to the assembly relationship of components in the electrical cabinet.The following settings can be made in the installation rail distribution:

Set the starting position of guide rail components;

Set the safety distance between components;

You can set the matching parameters between the components and the guide rail,and the components will be automatically installed on the guide rail;

The EMC level of the trunking can be set to control the type of wire passing through the trunking;

The shape and size of components are automatically generated by EB according to the parameters of component width,height and depth;

The cabinet conflict checking assistant can check the rationality of component layout,including the following three points:

Deep conflict of components

Component overlap conflict

Conflict in restricted area of opening

Sequential Routing Assistant

The connection relationship of the medium potential in the schematic diagram does not need to be specified by force(black dot).The EB’s sequence routing function can automatically generate the actual wiring sequence(components are connected nearby)according to the layout diagram,and can output the correct wiring list to production to ensure that the drawing and the physical wiring are consistent.

In-cabinet routing(fast wiring)

After the layout design is completed,through its wiring function,the database-driven and object-oriented EB software can automatically determine the optimal wiring path of the harness:

It can set up and down wiring direction and wiring point information of components;

Automatic routing wire allowance information can be set;

According to the starting and ending information of components,the shortest route of wires is automatically routed according to electromagnetic compatibility and other parameters;

Automatically record the trunking information of each wire;

Automatically calculate the length of each wire;

The path of a wire can be displayed separately;
