Digital signal processing module
The digital signal processing module is composed of fixed-point digital signal processor TMS320F2812 and D/A converter AD5381. 2812 has high processing speed and powerful processing function, and the clock frequency can reach 150MHz. The chip contains 128k Flash, 128k ROM and 18k RAM, which meets the needs of program writing, and also contains rich peripheral interfaces and event managers, which is very suitable for control occasions of mass data processing. The AD5381 is an ideal multi-channel digital-to-analog converter. It has 40 digital-to-analog conversion channels, 12-bit resolution, and three data transmission modes: parallel, serial and I2C. The single-channel conversion time can reach 30 ns, which can meet the module requirements.
USB module
The USB module selects CY7C68013 from Cypress. The chip has the following advantages: 1. The data throughput can reach 480 Mb/s in high-speed transmission mode and 12 Mb/s in full-speed mode, meeting the transmission requirements; The FIFO with large capacity is used for data buffering. When it is used as a slave device, it can be connected with DSP in synchronous or asynchronous FIFO mode.
High voltage amplifier module
The high-voltage amplifier module uses the HV256 chip of SUPERTEX company, which has 32 independent high-voltage amplifiers, so the maximum output voltage can reach 295V, which can meet the requirements of electrostatic drive. Therefore, the chip is widely used in MEMS electrostatic drive.
