On November 17, the final result of the 4th China Industrial Internet Competition – Ningbo race was publicized. Beijing Tiantuo Sifang Technology Co., Ltd. stood out from 1754 participating teams by virtue of the “intelligent device enabling solution based on VDP virtual device platform” and reached the national finals. The promotion to the national finals has once again verified the innovative technology and application ability of Tiantuo Sifang in the field of industrial Internet.

Empower industry and create new advantages for development
China Industrial Internet Competition is the top competition in the field of domestic industrial Internet, and has been successfully held for three times. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, and undertaken by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province, and the People’s Government of Ningbo. It aims to promote the innovative development strategy of China’s industrial Internet, expand the application of integrated innovation, enable the digital transformation and expand the new engine of economic development.

With the vigorous development of the industrial internet, more and more industrial devices are connected to the industrial internet. By the end of 2021, more than 76 million sets of industrial Internet platform connection equipment have been installed. How to improve the competitiveness of equipment manufacturers, deepen services and find new business growth points with the help of industrial Internet is an urgent problem to be solved.
Tiantuo Sifang summarized the needs of more than 20000 industrial enterprises that have served in the past 20 years, and gave the development path of intelligent equipment+value-added services extending from standard intelligent equipment to equipment services, covering the win-win solutions of equipment manufacturers, equipment users and platform parties.
The scheme is based on the VDP virtual equipment platform independently innovated by Tiantuo Sifang Industrial Internet R&D Center. Combined with the industrial knowledge of the equipment manufacturer and the equipment operation data of the equipment user, the equipment use scenario is deepened through the analysis of the equipment data. Utilize the platform’s model building ability to software industrial knowledge, and then use the rapid building technology to quickly build industrial APP that meets the production scenario by the business personnel of the equipment manufacturer, and provide it to the equipment manufacturer for use. At the same time, the equipment manufacturer can use the equipment operation data to monitor the equipment operation status and provide predictive maintenance services. The operation data of the equipment is analyzed and can be used for the design optimization of the equipment.
The scheme collects equipment operation data, combines the equipment manufacturers’ understanding of the equipment, and constructs three applications through the virtual equipment platform, namely, backward service process, equipment operation optimization and smart workshop construction.
